Good questions.
Clear answers.
01Can I call instead of using the contact form?
Absolutely. Call our team on 07341 262621 to talk about a gaming PC, a custom build or an existing order.
For order enquiries, have your order number ready. If your enquiry involves photos or videos, mention this in your message so we can arrange the best way to review them.
02How long does it take to get a response?
Our team will get back to you as soon as possible on working days. During busy periods, replies may take a little longer.
For an existing order, include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can find your details quickly.
03What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
Check your courier's tracking updates for details of any attempted delivery and the available redelivery or collection options. Follow the instructions provided, or contact us if you need a hand.
04My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?
Tracking can take a little time to update after a parcel is collected. If it hasn't changed for an extended period, or your expected delivery date has passed, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.
05Where can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, use the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email to check its progress with the courier.
Can't find the email or tracking details? Get in touch with your order number and we'll help.
